This service helps to preserve the performance of your equipment and extend its lifespan.
Aspedyn develops maintenance contracts tailored to each client's needs and equipment. For example, a maintenance contract for a vibration controller might include hardware verification and adjustment, annual calibration, and software updates.
Our telephone support is available five days a week to answer your questions.
Controller calibration can be carried out in our offices or directly at the customer's site.
Aspedyn provides maintenance for your complete test bench. When servicing a vibrator, our technicians inspect the system and replace worn parts, including the lower guide, bearings, and suspensions.
Our maintenance process comprises three phases:
1. Initial check: Before any intervention, our technicians check the system's operation using closed-loop and open-loop tests.
2. Shaker control and maintenance: The shaker is opened to inspect all its internal components. Worn parts are replaced and each component is cleaned. Our technician then makes the necessary adjustments before reassembling the system.
3. Performance and safety tests: After reassembly, the initial tests are performed again. Our technicians also carry out the 80 % performance test and check all system safety features, including the lockout in the absence of cooling and the overtravel protection.
